To access certain features or purchase products, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and secure. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital products, software, eBooks, PDFs, courses, code files, design systems, text, graphics, logos, and digital assets available on RootLearn Shop are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate license agreement. You may not distribute, modify, publish, or resell these assets.

4. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Purchased digital assets are delivered via encrypted download tokens. Since these products are digital and instantly downloadable, all sales are final. Refunds are only evaluated on a case-by-case basis if there is a technical defect in the file that cannot be resolved.

5. Limitation of Liability

RootLearn Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or the digital assets purchased through it.
